Introducing the Pediatric Weighted Belt. It was designed to help provide proprioceptive feedback, stability and skill. 2.5% of the clients’ body weight is the recommended. Weights should be distributed evenly along the length of the belt. Once the desired weight is securly place within the pockets, place the belt around the clients’ waist.

The Velvasoft Weight Belts are made of a soft textured material, combined with hook and loop closures making them very comfortable and extremely adjustable. Pockets located along the Belt allow for various distributions of the Weight Packs. The adult weighted belts come in four sizes and a variety of colors. Each belt is designed to hold a specific amount of weight; exceeding this weight may cause excessive ware on the material and void any warranty.

When washing any Velvasoft product, secure the hook and loop fasteners to prevent snagging other material, and keep debris from collecting within the hook. If debris becomes a problem, clean the hook section with a small, stiff wire brush; this will help restore it's "hooking" power. These belts are completely washable and driable.
