"Deceptive Trade Practices/Unfair Competition"
After doing business with us for years, a larger company has apparently tried to undermined M.W. Sales and Service, Velvasoft Products.
They apparently took our products, copied the designs and are outsourcing the manufacturing to a foreign company.
They apparently not only wanted to take jobs from American workers but intend to do severe damage to our company.
For all small companies this is a real threat, and we hope that this never happens, but it does!
Fighting a larger company for principle seems like the right thing to do however the cost would serve no real purpose.
We have chosen to fight by continuing to provide superior customer service and quality American made products to our customers and vendors!
