It was designed to help provide proprioceptive feedback, stability and skill. 2.5% of the clients’ body weight is recommended. Weights should be distributed evenly along the length of the belt. Once the desired weight is secured, place the belt around the clients’ waist.
These belts come in several different rock-n-roll designs and fit a maximum of 25 inches.
Each belt is designed to hold a specific amount of weight; exceeding this weight may cause excessive wear on the material and void any warranty. Extra Weight sets sold separately*****
